General Questions:
DOES IT COST MONEY, OR DO I NEED TO BUY ANYTHING, TO BECOME AN AFFILIATE?
Absolutely not! It is completely FREE to signup as an Affiliate. You do not have to be a customer or pay a fee to join and start making commissions. You do have to spend some time and effort distributing the links you receive once signed up.
HOW DO I MAKE MONEY AS AN AFFILIATE?
As an Affiliate you will have access to an Affiliate Panel that gives you special Affiliate Links that track your referrals. When anyone clicks on one of your links a special piece of code known as a "cookie" is saved in their web browser. That cookie lets our store know that they were referred by you. The first time they make a purchase and your cookie is detected then you become eligible for a commission from that sale. From that sale on you will be eligible for a commission every time they make a purchase using the same email address or your cookie is detected. So, even if they use a different browser in the future, or even if they clear their cookies, you still get credit for the referral.
WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT KRATOM TO MY FRIENDS AND IN MY POSTS?
The FDA regulates what you can or can not say about all herbal supplements. Saying the wrong thing about Kratom will help the government to ban it, may get you into legal trouble, AND WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM AND CANCEL ALL OF YOUR PENDING AND FUTURE COMMISSIONS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

"A. 3.2. Kratom Use in Southeast Asia
3.2.1. Diffusion and Modalities of Consumption: Mitragyna speciosa (Rubiaceae) is an indigenous plant of Southeast Asia. This herbal plant is also known as “kratom,” as “ketum” or “biak” (Malaysia), or as “krathom” (Thailand, “thom” in Southern Thailand) and has been used for millennia (a) as a stimulant; (b) as a remedy in traditional medicine; and (c) in social context [46, 47]. Historically, manual labourers (e.g., fisherman, farmers, and rubber-tappers) in northern Malaysia and southern Thailand commonly used ketum leaves to improve their work productivity under the sweltering sun and to relieve fatigue [1]. Rural folk have traditionally ingested ketum leaves to self-treat common medical problems (e.g., diabetes, diarrhoea, fever, and pain) and used it as a wound poultice [46, 48]. Traditionally, the fresh or dried leaves of kratom are chewed or brewed into tea or smoked [49]. Ketum is bitter and sugar or sweet beverages are commonly added to mask its taste [49]. To experience vigour and euphoria, traditional “kratom eaters” chew one to three fresh leaves at a time [1, 2]. Regular and addicted users chew 3–10 times a day [1]. Amattayakul [50] reported that an average green leaf weighs about 1.7 g and a dry leaf about 0.43 g and twenty kratom leaves contain about 17 mg of mitragynine; no information is available on other active compounds of the plant. Ketum is currently widely available in many Asian countries (e.g., in Malaysia) where it can be easily bought from ketum traders in the community [1]. Consumers can be classified into two main groups: the first includes those who solely use ketum to improve physical tolerance to laborious work and the second polydrug users who attempt to manage drug withdrawal symptoms or reduce the intake of other opiates like heroin [51]. A recent study showed that out-of-treatment opiate users in Malaysia often use ketum to reduce their dependence on illicit opiate as well as to ameliorate opiate withdrawal symptoms [51]."

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'VE REFERRED ANYONE OR IF ANYONE HAS MADE A PURCHASE?

Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment. Shipments are sent out the same or next business day after the order is processed if all items are in stock and within 3 days if on back order.
AM I AN EMPLOYEE IF I JOIN AS AN AFFILIATE?
Affiliates are NOT employees, they are Independent Contractors. You are in control of your time and method of work regarding the placement and distribution of links and phone numbers. You are a free agent and only bound by the limitations of the Affiliate Agreement. You can not be "fired" because you were never hired. You can be refused access to and participation in the Affiliate Program for violating that agreement. If you are paid over $600 in commissions in one tax year then you will receive a Tax Form 1099-MISC for Independent Contractors that you are required to report on your own taxes.

You will only be paid on sales that are tracked by our Affiliate Software. If your friend did not click your link or you think they did but there was an error, please email us here and we MAY credit you for the sale at our sole discretion.
WHAT IF MY FRIEND CLICKS MY LINK BUT DOESN'T BUY ANYTHING UNTIL THE THIRD TIME THEY VISIT THE STORE THREE MONTHS LATER?
We use "cookies" as one of the main ways we track referrals. "Cookies" are little pieces of data that are stored in the web browser of the person who clicks your Affiliate Link. That data tells us who referred the customer to our site. Cookies do not expire, but if the person you refer uses a different browser to come to our site then the one they clicked your Affiliate Link with, or they delete their cookies, then you will not get credit for that referral. The good news is: Once the person you refer actually buys a qualifying item from us and we do detect your cookie then that customer is your referral for life!

HOW DO I SIGN UP A SUB-AFFILIATE?
Signup Sub-Affiliates by sharing your Sub-Affiliate Signup link (which can be found HERE) wherever and however you can. That link looks like this: https://affiliate.rhizohm.co/affiliates/signup.php?a_aid=YourAffiliateID.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SUB-AFFILIATE SIGN UPS, REFERRALS, AND SALES?
You can easily track your Sub-Affiliates by visiting the Sub-Affiliate Sales Stats page of your Affiliate Panel found HERE.
WHAT IS A "FORCED MATRIX"?
A "Forced Matrix" is a method used to arrange Affiliates and Sub-affiliates in a way that is mutually beneficial to the whole network of Affiliates. We use a 3x3 Forced Matrix which means each Affiliate can only have 3 Sub-affiliates underneath them (in their "Downline") and only 3 Tiers deep. This means that you can have 3 Sub-affiliates on your first Tier, they can each have 3 max so 9 (3 x 3 = 9) Sub-affiliates on your 2nd Tier, and they can each have 3 max so 27 (3 x 9 = 27) Sub-affiliates on your 3rd Tier. This give you a total of 39 (3 + 9 + 27 = 39) Sub-Affliates in your Downline!
Now, from the perspective of a Sub-affiliate who refers a sale on the 3rd Tier in your Downline, You are 4 Tiers above them (in their Upline), and since we pay commissions on 4 Tiers, that means that any of your 39 Sub-affiliates that refers a sale results in a commission for you!
Remember: Sub-affiliates are always added beneath you, and commissions always flow upward from the Sub-affiliate who refers a sale. Here is a link to an image that will explain this visually: CLICK HERE

You receive the Commission from rhizOHM.co. You will be paid according to the payment method you chose when signing up as an Affiliate. You can change your payment method at any time HERE.

WHEN DO I GET PAID?
Payments are made automatically on the fifteenth (15th) day of each month when Your account balance reaches the Minimum Payout Balance for the previous month’s approved transactions.

HOW ARE COMMISSIONS CALCULATED?
Commissions are calculated based on a combination of factors, these are:
- Who referred the sale
- What products were sold (different products have different commissions)
- How much were they sold for (a discount on price will result in a corresponding reduction in commissions)
- What position you are in relative to the person who referred the sale (what commission tier you are on)
AM I REQUIRED TO REPORT MY COMMISSIONS ON MY TAX RETURN?
If you are paid over $600 in commissions in one tax year then you will receive a Tax Form 1099-misc for Independent Contractors that you are required to report on your own taxes. Consult an expert for more information.
