The Problem:

My name is Aaron Sun Camacho, and I have long dreamed of opening an Elixir Bar/Store/EventSpace/Members-Only Private Club in Eugene - So I did, kinda... (it's minimally set up BUT I never really opened to the public!)

This year was full of unexpected personal, familial, and relational challenges that led to having only 2 options:

1. Close the space permanently, or

2. Invite YOU to help keep the space open AND be a Co-creator of Eugene's First Co-operatively Managed All-Purpose Community Space!

If YOU and enough of Your Friends become Members I can keep the lease going and I will allow the Members to make most of the decisions in regard to the use and function of the Space!

Here are the details:

The Solution: 20 Members Pay $100/Month to Keep the Space Open and Receive these Member Benefits:

1. Keys to the space and 24-hour access, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
2. An equal portion of shelf or wall space to sell Your goods or display Your art (You keep ALL of the proceeds!)
3. An equal portion of hours per month to use towards scheduling Your own events (You keep ALL of the Ticket Sales!)
4. 50% Discount on All products sold by rhizOHM.co itself
5. Discounts on All products, services, and events sold by All other participating Members (optional!)
   
6. A space to sell Your products, services, and events WITHOUT needing "first, last, deposit, and good credit" or signing a lease! (I will continue to have it all in My name!)
   
7. A person to facilitate the fair use of the space and time resources using voting and event management apps, etc (I have a tech background!)
   
8. A person to manage the promotion of the space and the goods/services/events it offers through the rhizOHM website and Social Media
   
9. The option to have your products sold online through the rhizOHM ecommerce platform (pay a small commission per sale only!)
10. The option to earn a % based commission on ALL in-store sales of rhizOHM products and other participating Members' offerings (set by each member!)
    
11. A chance to earn a % based commission on ALL people referred by You that become paying Members (tracked via a referral app!)
    
12. and many more benefits to come as We, Myself and the Members, continuously brainstorm, innovate, and iterate on ways to make this plan a legendary and inspiring SUCCESS!
