A: No, rhizOHM does not sell capsules or extracts. Capsules are risky because the FDA says that Kratom is not approved for human consumption and capsules definitely imply human consumption! Extracts are risky because the AKA (American Kratom Association) is actively fighting for Kratom powder BUT against Kratom extracts! They are actually doing a great job of keeping kratom legal but they are doing so by passing the Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) which prohibits the sale of extracts in the States once it is passed. Your state is not on that list though!
Q: Where do you get your Kratom?
A: All of our kratom comes from Indonesia, but when you buy it from us it is always shipped from our warehouse in the US so that you will not have any shipping problems.

A: Kratom is native to Indonesia and doesn't require pesticides, and since the land is so fertile it doesn't really need any extra fertilizers. So, it is not "USDA Certified Organic" but it is grown organically.

A: We used to offer consignment but our account told us that it made things to complicated BUT, we do offer "Net30" terms. Are you familiar with that?

[Y] Great, the short version is: pay before 30 days and you get 50% off of retail, pay after 30 days and get 40% off of retail, return it in less than 30 days and pay nothing, but if you do not pay in 45 days then you owe for the product at full retail price! But, don't worry, you will be contacted as a reminder when it gets close to any of these times.
[N] Great, well the way it works with them is that you make a purchase but you do not have to pay until 30 days after you place the order! If you pay before the 30 days is over then you get the full 50% wholesale discount, but if you pay after 30 days you only get a 40% discount. A: No company that sells Kratom can accept any type of Cards (credit, debit, pre-paid) as payment and can not use any of the mainstream payment apps (PayPal, CashAPP, Zelle, etc.). Q: Why Hasnt My Tracking Number Updated Yet Shipping Label
A: When a tracking number says shipping label created it means the label has been printed but it has not been scanned yet by USPS. Sometimes the USPS misses scanning the label and you may not see an update on the tracking number even though it is actually in transit. The tracking number will update as soon as they scan it at the next stop along the route, unless they miss it again! If you are notified that your order has Shipped, but the tracking number has not updated in 24 hours, let us know.
Q: My Package Says Delivered but I Never Received it?
A: If your tracking number says that the package was delivered to the right address, but you have not received it, please ask others at your residence first. It is possible that a neighbor may also have accidentally received your package. Once we ship the package it is your responsibility to contact the USPS for more information if there was a mistake on their end. After you have contacted them, if you still need assistance contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Q: I Need to Change or update My Address?
A: Our website automatically corrects minor shipping address errors, but if you think you typed the wrong address please get in touch ASAP. If we have not shipped your order yet then we can easily change your address, if it is already sent there may be a chance to change it before it gets to its destination. Once it has been delivered to the wrong address then you will need to contact USPS yourself and find out if it is being returned to sender. If it is not being returned to sender than you may need to contact the person who lives at that address. We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to your mistake, but will try to help.
