Who are You?
My name is Aaron Sun Camacho.
I began my journey into holistic health, spirituality, and self-employment in 1991. Along that journey, I determined that Self-employment without Self-improvement was like trying to live without breathing, it is not sustainable. Then I realized that the "selfishness" that some embrace and some avoid was only in reference to a "self" defined as "from one's skin inward". And so I adopted, and have operated from ever since, a new definition of "Self" as being "from my centerpoint outward"!
With this definition of "Self" in mind, it is imperative that we are all motivated by our own "Self-interest" and act "Selfishly". By being and doing so, we embrace all, and work towards the benefit of all... seeing All As Self!
This principle, when followed and applied to business, is manifest in my vision for rhizOHM.co: A business with a Higher Purpose than simply making a personal profit. It's purpose is to Empower others to Empower others (repeat indefinitely), and to serve as a demonstration of how business can be a force for the Good of All when you no longer see "others" and instead, see only your own "Self" in all directions.

How will it work?
The rhizOHM product line will be democratically selected by all of it's customers and employees. Prices will be at or below the MSRP (Manufacture's Suggested Retail Price) and competitive with the local market.
The average CEO makes 204 times the anual income of the average employee at their company (204:1)*. rhizOHM.co salaries will be based on the Living Wage* for the location of the person being paid and only have a Founder to Employee ratio of 2:1! This means that the maximum salary I will ever accept is 2 times the lowest wage of any Employee.1 All of the company's accounting will be publically available and audited by a 3rd party.
rhizOHM.co intends to make a lot of money so that it can help a lot of people! But, unlike other companies, rhizOHM.co does not intend to keep all of the money it makes. All surplus revenue, (what is left after paying all employees, affiliates, expenses, and saving some for future operations and marketing), will either be distributed back to each employee/customer (proportionate to the total amount they spent buying products from rhizOHM.co during this time period) or donated to charitie(s) - as decided by those employees/customers.
After the company is economically and organizationally sustainable2, I will convert the company into a "Consumer/Worker Owned Cooperative"* "Cetified B Corporation"* and distribute shares equally to each existing and current customer/worker. This will effectively transfer ownership of the company to all the people who added value to rhizOHM.co and made it a success and I will be just one of the voting Owners (just like you)!

rhizOHM.co Distribution Empowers You to have access to the Plants, Minerals, Vitamins, Amino Acids, Oils, and Extracts that all Humans need.
By joining our team, You will have a direct say in the selection of items we distribute and be compensated for all purchases referred by you, or your friends, or their friends3 all the way to the 4th level.
1 - The Living Wage 2:1 plan does not prevent anyone from being an Affiliate (independent contractor) and does not place a cap on compensation earned in the form of Commissions for referred sales. Currently, employee wages are to be 1.5 x the living wage and 3 x the living wage for management.
2 - Sustainability is defined as when the business' revenue is able to cover 3 x the living wage for all management positions, 1.5 x the living wage for all employee positions, and have 33% of annual net revenue saved for business development purposes for 2 years in a row. After this milestone is achieved, the company will be converted to a Cooperatively Owned Business entity.
3 - 4 Levels Deep is in reference to the utilization of a multi-tiered direct marketing/selling business plan. In this system, all products are sourced from, and sold by, rhizOHM.co - but all marketing is done by the customers themselves (or others who believe in this vision). Whenever a person referred by you or referred by someone you referred (4 levels out from you) makes a purchase you will be compensated with a commission.
